You can't just think up a beautiful poem
As your write it the words will come
So instead I will share with you a secret.
A beautiful secret.
I hate you.
I hate you so much that I am madly in love with you.
Like the strings on a marionette I am tied
To my feelings for you
Your low self esteem drives me mad with insecurities of myself
Your compassion and kindness makes me want to drive a knife into my chest
Your pain makes me feel pleasure
Your knowledge makes me feel like a fool
So.. You can't just think up an ugly poem.
As you write, your words will break.
So instead I will share with you a secret.
An ugly secret
I love you.
I love you so much that I hate your fucking guts.
Like the wings of a caged bird or bad
I can't break free from you
Your courage makes me stronger
Your nonexistent hatred and anger makes me want to make you love me more than anyting
Your pleasure makes me want to slit my throat
Your idiocy makes me feel like I am the smartest in the world.
So.. You can't just think up a poem.

Though your pain pleasures me
You pleasure pains me because its not from me.
Though your knowledge makes me feel dumb
I know I learn from you as you learn from my smarts when your idiocy shows.
This poem isn't much
But its one way to tell a secret
Now the request I have for you
Is to cut these strings and free me from my hurt
Free me from the hurt that I feel around you
Free from this happyness I am not used to.
